- Lead the design and development of robust, high-volume, performance-critical Java-based applications

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, security, and performance

- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement and innovation

- Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment

Backend / Server-Side :

- Java v17 or higher

- Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)

ORM & Database Integration :

- MyBatis / iBatis or Hibernate

Server-side technologies :

- Servlets, JSF, JSP

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and Design Patterns

Front-End :

- Angular

- JavaScript, AJAX

- jQuery & jQuery DataTables integration for dynamic, data-driven UI components

Database :

- Solid experience with relational databases

- Strong SQL knowledge and query optimization skills
