About the role :

Senior Engineer

This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you would serve as the technical anchor for a product engineering team and own end-to-end application architecture.

Key Highlights of the Role :

- Architect and design scalable, high-performance, and secure distributed systems

- Own application architecture covering both functional and non-functional requirements

- Hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot

- Work extensively with Kafka, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

- Contribute to large-scale data platform design, deployment, and lifecycle management

- Drive performance optimization, capacity planning, and system scalability

- Lead automation, observability, and process improvement initiatives

- Evaluate emerging technologies and execute proof-of-concept initiatives

- Influence engineering best practices and promote reusable, scalable design patterns

- Participate in enterprise-level service planning and technical decision-making

The ideal candidate would have :

- 5+ years of software development experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation

- Strong expertise in building highly scalable distributed systems

- Experience working on cloud-based or open-source big data platforms

- Deep knowledge of system performance, operational health, and optimization

- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills

This role requires someone who is hands-on technically while also influencing broader architectural direction and engineering standards.
