Role Overview :

As a Java Developer at Mig Staffing, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver robust and scalable applications.

Your work will directly impact the success of our client's projects, ensuring they meet their business goals and provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework to meet specific business requirements.

- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems and applications.

- Utilize Kafka for building scalable and fault-tolerant event-driven architectures.

- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop enterprise-level Java applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

- Proven experience in building and deploying microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka for building event-driven systems.

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram.
