Role Overview :

As a Java Developer , you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable microservices-based applications. You will collaborate closely with a team of talented engineers, product managers, and QA specialists to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable microservices using Java and Spring Boot for our financial applications.

- Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration between various system components, ensuring efficient data exchange.

- Write well-tested, clean, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to your services and maintaining high availability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, enhancing team productivity and code quality.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop enterprise-level Java applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.

- Proven expertise in building and deploying microservices architectures, ensuring scalability and resilience.

- Strong proficiency in working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including JPA and Hibernate.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Pune.
