Role Overview :

As a Java Developer at TechBulls SoftTech, you will be a key member of our engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable microservices. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our financial platforms, ensuring seamless operations for our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

- Implement Kafka producers and consumers for event-driven architectures, ensuring high availability and scalability.

- Design and maintain REST APIs with best practices for security and performance.

- Work with MariaDB/SQL databases, including query optimization, indexing, and transactions.

- Implement caching, monitoring, and logging mechanisms using tools like Redis, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.

- Ensure high availability, failover mechanisms, and resilience in distributed systems.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.

- Design and implement authentication & authorization using OAuth2 / JWT / Keycloak.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability (JUnit, Mockito).

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues related to Kafka, database, or API failures.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java.

- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and related technologies.

- Experience in building and deploying microservices architectures.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and data structures.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
