Java Developer - Microservices Architecture

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build and scale high-performance backend systems powering global e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build scalable backend services using Java (17+) & Spring Boot

- Design multi-tenant SaaS architecture handling high API traffic

- Develop APIs, integrations & webhooks (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

- Implement caching, performance optimization (<200ms response)

- Work on microservices, data pipelines & personalization systems

- Ensure security, monitoring & high availability

Required Skills :

- 7+ years backend experience (SaaS/product-based preferred)

- Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

- Experience with SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis/Firebase)

- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of API design, system design & performance tuning

- Experience with AWS/GCP & observability tools (DataDog/ELK)

Good to Have :

- GraphQL, ETL/Data pipelines

- E-commerce integrations (Shopify, etc.)

- Elasticsearch / recommendation systems
