Senior Java Engineer - Low Latency & Performance Tuning (G6)

About the Role :

We are seeking a hands- on Senior Java Engineer with proven experience building high- throughput, low- latency services. You will design, develop, profile, and tune microservices running on cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring predictable performance under heavy load and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design robust, maintainable Core Java services using OOP, Collections, and Generics.

- Implement and optimize multi-threaded code using Threads, Executors, Futures, Fork/Join, and reactive paradigms.

- Develop microservices with Spring Boot, Spring Core/DI, REST APIs, Spring JDBC, and Spring Cloud.

- Package and run services using Docker and Kubernetes basics.

- Profile JVM applications using JFR, VisualVM, and YourKit, tuning GC, JIT, and memory footprint.

- Author JMH benchmarks, perform load testing, and implement JUnit unit & integration tests.

- Implement AuthN/AuthZ, JWT/OAuth, and IDP integration.

- Capture and interpret thread dumps and heap dumps for diagnostics.
