- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Java/J2EE technologies.

- Strong expertise in Java 8 or above, Spring Framework (Spring Boot / Spring MVC), and Microservices architecture.

- Mandatory experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, including deployment and management of scalable applications.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Solid understanding of Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

- Experience working with Kafka, Redis, and WebSockets for building distributed and real-time systems.

- Strong knowledge of multi-threading, servlet programming, and client-server communication modules.

- Proficiency with application servers such as Tomcat or JBoss.

- Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in fast-paced development environments.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality solutions.
