About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong backend engineering experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications and microservices at scale.

Responsibilities :

- Designing and implementing Java-based applications.

- Analyzing user requirements to inform application design.

- Defining application objectives and functionality.

- Aligning application design with business goals.

- Developing and testing software.

- Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.

- Producing detailed design documentation.

- Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure.

- Developing multimedia applications.

- Developing documentation to assist users.

- Ensuring continuous professional self-development.

Skills Required :

- Java strong hands-on experience with production-grade development

- Spring Boot building and maintaining scalable backend services

- Microservices designing and implementing distributed microservices architecture

- Cloud hands-on experience with any cloud platform (GCP or Azure preferred)

- REST APIs designing clean, well-documented APIs

- SQL/NoSQL proficiency in database design and query optimization

What You'll Do :

- Design and develop high-performance Java microservices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features

- Participate in code reviews and ensure engineering best practices

- Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms (GCP/Azure)

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

What We're Looking For :

- 4+ years of hands-on Java development experience

- Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems

- Experience with cloud platforms - GCP or Azure preferred

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Candidates open to hybrid work model in Bangalore or Mumbai
