Role Overview :

As a Java Developer at Sysmind Tech PVT LTD, you will be an integral part of our development team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable Java-based applications. You will collaborate closely with senior developers, architects, and business analysts to understand project requirements and translate them into functional code. Your work will directly impact the quality and performance of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and contribute to their overall success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, to contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

- Design and implement database schemas and queries using MySQL, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance, to support application functionality.

- Integrate Java applications with Salesforce, leveraging its APIs and functionalities, to extend the capabilities of our solutions and meet client-specific requirements.

- Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to create modular, reusable, and maintainable code, enhancing the overall architecture of our applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain Java applications, showcasing proficiency in core Java concepts and related technologies.

- Proven understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns, enabling the creation of well-structured and maintainable code.

- Experience in designing and implementing database schemas and queries using MySQL, ensuring data integrity and efficient data retrieval.

- Familiarity with Salesforce integration, including the use of APIs and related technologies, to extend application functionality.
