Java Backend Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build & enhance scalable backend services and microservices

- Own end-to-end service delivery, quality & production support (L3)

- Drive architecture, technical design & engineering best practices

- Ensure service reliability (SLO/SLI/SLA), performance & security

- Collaborate with Product, Design & cross-functional teams

- Mentor engineers & resolve complex technical challenges (RCA)

- Manage cloud-based services & RESTful APIs

Tech Stack :

- Java (Spring Boot) / Node.js / Golang

- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis

- Elasticsearch (ELK) | RabbitMQ | Microservices

Requirements :

- 5+ years of software development experience

- 2+ years in engineering leadership/mentoring role

- Strong system design & architecture expertise

- Experience with scalable, high-availability systems

- Hands-on with microservices & cloud-based applications

- Strong problem-solving & debugging skills
