Role Overview :

As a Java BackEnd Engineer, you will be a key contributor in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems for our clients. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of the applications used by millions of users, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot to meet the evolving needs of the business.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs that are secure, efficient, and well-documented, enabling seamless integration with other systems.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with product vision and technical feasibility.

- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and reduce technical debt.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of the applications.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop robust and scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

- Proven expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., relational, NoSQL) and data modeling principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
