Java Backend Developer

We are seeking a Java Backend Developer to design and build scalable backend systems and APIs. The role focuses on developing microservices, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

- Optimize application performance and scalability

- Work with databases and external integrations

- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams

- Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in Java backend development

- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture

- Experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL

- Familiarity with REST APIs and distributed systems

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
