Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Test Engineer specializing in reliability and performance testing to ensure our systems meet the highest standards of scalability, stability, and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate will design, execute, and analyze performance and reliability tests across applications and infrastructure, working closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests

- Define and maintain performance benchmarks, SLAs, and reliability metrics

- Identify system bottlenecks, memory leaks, concurrency issues, and failure points

- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations

- Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues

- Integrate performance and reliability tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Monitor system performance in pre-production and production environments

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery readiness

- Continuously improve test frameworks, tools, and processes

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 3+ years of experience in QA performance and/or reliability testing

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices

- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, or similar

- Experience testing web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or Groovy)

- Solid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, databases, and networking concepts
