Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IWMS System Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in IBM TRIRIGA and/or FM (OpenBlue). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Integrated Workplace Management Systems to support enterprise facility and space management operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer IWMS platforms (TRIRIGA / FM), including user, role, and security management

- Configure system components such as business rules, workflows, forms, fields, lookups, and hierarchies

- Design, implement, and maintain workflow automation for business processes

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards based on business requirements

- Support space management activities including floor plan coordination and drawing updates

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations

- Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards

- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in IWMS platforms (TRIRIGA or FM / OpenBlue)

- Strong knowledge of system administration, configuration, and customization

- Experience in workflow design and business process automation

- Proficiency in report creation and data analysis within IWMS tools

- Good understanding of AutoCAD for space planning and drawing coordination

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise facilities management environments

- Knowledge of integrations with external systems

- Understanding of workplace and real estate management processes
