Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Custom Application Architect to design and implement scalable, out-of-the-box (OOTB) solutions across IT Service Management platforms.

The role focuses on leveraging platform capabilities with minimal customization to drive efficiency, standardization, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design OOTB ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Lead implementation of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, governance, and compliance standards.

- Drive automation and continuous improvement in IT service processes.

- Integrate ITSM platforms with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and implementation teams.

- Conduct system design reviews, performance optimization, and risk assessment.

Key Requirements :

- 12 to 15 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).

- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar ITSM tools.

- Proven experience in solution architecture and OOTB implementations.

- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.

- Experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ITIL Certification (preferred).

- Experience with cloud-based ITSM platforms.

- Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
