ITRadiant - Power BI Developer - Data Analytics

Power BI Developer :

The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies.

The day-to-day tasks include data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

Additionally, the role involves creating and managing reports and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust data models using DAX & Power Query.

- Integrate multiple data sources (SQL, Azure, APIs) and implement ETL workflows.

- Optimize report performance and dataset refresh schedules.

- Implement data governance, security (RLS) and ensure data accuracy.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into insights.

- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Qualification :

Technical Skills :

Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and ETL concepts .

Data Modeling :

- Strong background in dimensional modeling, star schemas, and performance tuning.

- Proficiency in Data Warehousing.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

- Experience working with business users.

- Power BI / PL-300 certification; familiarity with Azure Data services.

- Preferred experience in pharma industry.
