Role Overview:

As an ITOM Architect, you will serve as the technical visionary responsible for designing and governing complex IT Operations Management ecosystems within large-scale enterprise environments. You will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and technical execution, working closely with C-suite stakeholders, infrastructure leads, and cross-functional engineering teams to modernize IT service delivery. Your primary mandate is to architect robust, scalable solutions that transform raw infrastructure data into actionable intelligence, directly impacting operational stability, reducing MTTR, and driving significant cost efficiencies across the organization's global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end ITOM architectures on the ServiceNow platform to provide a single source of truth for complex, hybrid-cloud infrastructure environments.

- Lead the implementation of advanced Discovery and Service Mapping strategies to ensure high-fidelity configuration data, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on real-time visibility.

- Orchestrate the deployment of Event Management workflows to proactively identify and resolve service disruptions before they impact end-users, thereby enhancing overall business continuity.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to integrate disparate monitoring tools into a unified ITOM framework, streamlining operational processes and eliminating data silos.

- Mentor senior technical teams and provide architectural oversight during large-scale digital transformation initiatives to ensure long-term platform scalability and performance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning, within global enterprise settings.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical infrastructure roadmaps, communicating effectively with both executive leadership and hands-on engineering teams.

- Deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure, including hybrid-cloud architectures, virtualization, and networking, coupled with the ability to integrate these components into a cohesive management layer.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of leading large-scale technical migrations and platform optimizations for organizations with 10 to 25 years of operational maturity.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional certifications in ServiceNow or enterprise architecture frameworks.
