Position Title : ITOM Architect

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ITOM Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Cloud Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB/CSDM implementations.

The candidate must possess a strong architecture mindset, proven technical leadership skills, and a successful track record of delivering at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects in enterprise environments.

Experience Required :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in ITOM.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects in ITOM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

ITOM Solution Architecture :

- Design and architect scalable ITOM solutions aligned with enterprise operational requirements.

- Lead architecture and implementation activities across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB/CSDM.

- Define ITOM strategy, roadmap, governance, and best practices.

- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and operational efficiency.

Discovery & Service Mapping :

- Implement and optimize infrastructure and cloud discovery solutions.

- Configure and manage Service Mapping for business services and application dependencies.

- Troubleshoot discovery patterns, MID Server issues, and mapping inconsistencies.

- Improve service visibility and operational accuracy across environments.

Event Management & Operations Visibility :

- Architect and implement Event Management integrations and monitoring solutions.

- Configure event rules, alert correlation, deduplication, and operational dashboards.

- Integrate monitoring tools with enterprise IT operations platforms.

- Drive proactive incident reduction through operational intelligence.

CMDB / CSDM Governance :

- Define and implement CMDB governance frameworks and data quality standards.

- Drive CSDM adoption and alignment with enterprise service models.

- Ensure CI relationships, lifecycle management, and data integrity.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to maintain CMDB accuracy.

Cloud & Integration Management :

- Implement cloud discovery solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

- Integrate ITOM modules with monitoring, orchestration, and cloud management tools.

- Support automation and operational workflows across hybrid infrastructure environments.

Stakeholder & Technical Leadership :

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams.

- Participate in solution estimation, technical workshops, and architecture reviews.

- Drive continuous improvement and operational optimization initiatives.

a. AWS / Azure / GCP cloud environments

e. Automation and orchestration

- Familiarity with scripting technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.

- Understanding of enterprise architecture and ITIL practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite implementations.

- ITOM-related certifications preferred.

- Experience working in enterprise digital transformation programs.

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
