What Youll Do :
At our core, design isnt about just shipping polished screens its about solving real-world problems and crafting experiences that make peoples lives easier.
Whether its helping a traveler quickly book the right hotel or simplifying complex workflows like expense management, design plays a critical role in how our customers engage with our products.
As a Product Designer, youll own the end-to-end experience of your product area working hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from idea to execution.
Youll leverage human-centered design practices, user research, and interaction design principles to deliver solutions that are not only functional but also intuitive, scalable, and consistent with our design ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Design Ownership : Lead the design lifecycle for your product area from discovery and problem framing to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- User Research & Insights : Collaborate with research teams and directly engage with customers to conduct interviews, usability studies, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and surveys to validate design decisions.
- Information Architecture & UX Flows : Define user journeys, process flows, task models, and interaction patterns that align with business goals and user needs.
- Interaction & Visual Design : Craft interfaces with accessibility (WCAG compliance), responsiveness, platform-specific guidelines (iOS HIG, Android Material, Web), and micro-interactions in mind.
- Design Systems & Component Libraries : Contribute to our Figma-based design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and reusable components across multiple products and platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineers (front-end & full-stack), product managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth handoff, technical feasibility, and high-quality implementation of your designs.
- Prototyping & Testing : Build low- to high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Framer, or Principle and run iterative tests with end users to validate flows before development.
- Continuous Improvement : Monitor usage analytics, gather feedback post-launch, and drive data-informed enhancements for usability and adoption.
What Were Looking For :
Experience :
- 3+ years designing digital products (bonus: SaaS, enterprise tools, or B2B2C platforms).
- Experience designing for complex workflows or multi-platform products is highly valued.
Portfolio : Strong case studies that showcase not just the final UI, but your problem-solving process, trade-offs, and impact metrics.
Technical Skills :
- Design Tools : Advanced Figma skills (auto-layout, variants, design tokens).
- Design Systems : Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems.
- Prototyping : Proficiency in tools like Framer, Principle, or ProtoPie for advanced interactions.
- Accessibility : Understanding of WCAG standards, ARIA roles, and inclusive design practices.
- Collaboration : Comfort working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub (for design versioning), and Slack.
- Mindset : Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, balance business goals vs. user needs, and communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills : Active listening, openness to feedback, and a collaborative spirit that values team growth as much as individual craft
