ITC Infotech - Linux System Administrator

Overview :

We are looking out for 6-10 yrs of experience and are open for Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore locations. and preferably immediate joiners.

This role includes 24-7 shifts and 5 days WFO.

AWS L3 / L4 Linux System Administrator.

Responsible for handling advanced system administration tasks, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring high availability and security.

Responsibilities :

- Provide L3 / L4 support for complex Linux system issues within AWS environments.

- Architect and optimize Linux-based cloud infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues promptly and efficiently.

- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical system failures.

- Implement and enforce security measures and best practices to optimise Cloud security.

- Implement and enforce measures to reduce AWS spend and optimise Cloud cost.

- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.

- Monitor system performance and logs to detect and resolve potential issues.

- Implement high-availability solutions and disaster recovery strategies.

- Automate system tasks using advanced scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible).

- Manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualization technologies.

- Ensure security compliance and enforce best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Linux systems with other technologies.

- Mentor junior administrators and provide technical leadership.
