Job Description

Responsibilities :

Program Leadership & Oversight : As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of multiple complex projects across all divisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.

Stakeholder Management & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical leads, business analysts, marketing teams, and senior leadership, to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and facilitate efficient decision-making.

Escalation Management : Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and effectively manage escalations to ensure timely resolution and minimize project impact.

Delivery Excellence : Drive the end-to-end delivery engagements, from planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, optimize project/program deliverables, enhance team efficiency, and improve overall delivery quality.

Strategic Planning : Contribute to strategic planning related to MarTech initiatives, providing insights into best practices and emerging trends within the Adobe ecosystem.

Resource Optimization : Efficiently allocate and manage resources across projects to maximize productivity and achieve program objectives.

Performance Monitoring : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success, regularly reporting on progress to stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

The candidate should be fluent in MarTech platforms, specifically Adobe, with a strong focus on Content and Data Management to drive the Delivery engagements.

Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) Expertise :

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) : Strong understanding of AEM architecture, content authoring, component development, multi-site management, and digital asset management (DAM) capabilities. Experience with AEM implementations and upgrades is crucial.

Adobe Analytics : Proficiency in implementing, configuring, and leveraging Adobe Analytics for data collection, reporting, segmentation, and audience analysis. Understanding of data layer implementation and tracking strategies.

Adobe Target : Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization strategies, and conversion optimization using Adobe Target.

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) / Adobe Campaign : Familiarity with customer journey orchestration, email marketing, cross-channel campaign management, and audience segmentation.

Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) : Understanding of real-time data ingestion, profile unification, audience segmentation, and activation across various channels.

Data Management :

Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within the context of MarTech data.

Experience with data integration strategies between Adobe platforms and other enterprise systems.

Content Management Strategies :

Deep understanding of content lifecycle management, content personalization, and headless CMS concepts within the Adobe ecosystem.

Technical Acumen : Ability to understand technical architectures, discuss technical challenges with development teams, and make informed decisions on technical approaches.

Qualifications & Attributes :

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Delivery Manager specifically within the MarTech domain, with a strong emphasis on Adobe technologies.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying complex issues and implementing effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from technical teams to senior executives.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.

- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable program plans.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
