Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead Architectural Design & Technology Roadmap for LOS System across all lending verticals of the Company.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Credit Teams, Product Managers, & Development Teams to deliver scalable, secure, & high-performing LOS solutions.

- Provide architectural governance, code quality oversight, & best practices for solution development & deployment.

- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

- Ensure system design supports high availability, fault tolerance, & performance optimization for large-scale lending operations.

- Evaluate, recommend, & implement new tools, technologies, & processes to improve the LOS ecosystem.

- Guide internal & vendor development teams in adopting best-in-class architectural practices.

- Participate in RFP evaluations & vendor selection for LOS systems or associated components.

- Ensure robust data management practices, data privacy compliance, & security frameworks are integrated into system design

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 1418 years of experience in software architecture & enterprise application development

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience architecting or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in an NBFC or BFSI setup
