Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for our India operations as part of a global ERP transformation program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment with global business objectives.

This role requires extensive experience in SAP implementation projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing and enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for the India rollout in alignment with the global ERP transformation roadmap.

- Own overall project delivery, including schedule, budget, scope, quality, and risk management.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and governance frameworks.

- Coordinate with global and regional business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing business processes and enterprise applications.

- Facilitate business process alignment, change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.

- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance processes, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of ERP transformation programs and SAP implementation methodologies.

- Experience working within manufacturing or industrial IT environments.

- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region projects.

- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Experience coordinating with global teams, external vendors, and system integrators.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
