Job Description

Role Overview :

As an IT Project Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our technical development teams and the operational requirements of our immigration services. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring that our platforms remain scalable, secure, and user-friendly for our global clientele.


You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps that drive business efficiency and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects by managing timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints to ensure successful deployment within defined parameters.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions to maintain high velocity and transparency across development teams.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular progress updates and mitigating risks that could impact project delivery or service quality.

- Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring that all technical outputs meet rigorous quality standards and align with the company's long-term digital strategy.

- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to identify technical bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance overall service delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects with a deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage client expectations in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

- Strong proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies, with a PMP certification preferred to validate your approach to project governance.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical complexities into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and team cohesion across Anywhere in India or international time zones.

- Minimum of 3 to 12 years of professional experience in IT Service Delivery or technical project management roles.
