Role Overview :

As an IT Project Manager based in Bangalore, you will serve as the primary architect of delivery excellence, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of high-stakes technical projects. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex initiatives are executed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the full SDLC for large-scale IT projects, ensuring seamless coordination between development, QA, and infrastructure teams to meet rigorous delivery milestones.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by providing transparent reporting on project health, resource utilization, and strategic alignment to ensure executive buy-in.

- Implement robust IT risk management frameworks to proactively identify, track, and resolve potential bottlenecks before they impact project timelines.

- Lead program management initiatives by overseeing multiple workstreams, ensuring consistency in delivery standards and operational efficiency across the board.

- Drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices within project teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and rapid, iterative delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT projects with 10 to 15 years of professional experience, specifically within high-pressure delivery environments.
