Role : Project Manager IT (Product-Based Company)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager IT to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

This role requires a strong balance of execution excellence, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes and exceptional client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, driving delivery across the full project lifecycle, and working closely with clients and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage all administrative, operational, and delivery aspects of assigned projects to ensure successful completion and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Lead projects through the complete lifecycle, including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closure, while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Predict resource requirements, plan capacity effectively, and ensure optimal utilization of resources across the project lifecycle.

- Drive quality and timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables in line with agreed project plans.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong engagement, clear communication, and high levels of satisfaction throughout the project.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

- Represent project delivery status, risks, team performance, and forward-looking plans in management reviews and other critical forums.

- Communicate regularly with clients on resource management, risk management, business analysis, and project documentation.

- Ensure all project documentation, governance processes, and controls are followed in accordance with the companys SDLC and internal frameworks.

- Apply industry best practices, tools, methodologies, and standards to drive efficiency and consistency across project execution.

- Continuously track and measure project performance using defined metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 14 years of experience in project management within IT or product-based organizations.

- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology projects with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and SDLC processes.

- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.

- Hands-on experience in risk management, resource planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
