IT Leader - Application & Support (SAP)

Qualifications :

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics OR MCA / M.Sc. (IT / CS), SAP certification (nice to have), Certifications in analytics, cloud, or project management (added advantage).

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Candidate should have minimum 15 years working experience in Enterprise application implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of Manufacturing business processes (Procurement, Production, Inventory, Sales, Quality, Finance, Taxation).

- Thorough functional knowledge of SAP modules and comprehensive experience in configuration in FICO and in addition two other core SAP functional modules viz. SD/PS or PP/QM/MM and their interrelation with another module.

- Experience in reporting tools (SAP BO/BI, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

- CRM and Supply Chain Systems exposure.

- Proven Analytical Knowledge and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of database concepts.

- Knowledge of APIs, integration flows, and portal technologies.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within timelines.

Job Profile :

- Assist in exploring digital process applications as per business digitisation requirements/pain points in Sales, Procurement, Accounting, and Logistics functions using SAP ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Management systems, analytics/reporting platforms, Workflows etc.

- Assist HOD to manage, support, and enhance enterprise applications in order to facilitate Business Process Integration (BPI) by deriving one integrated platform solution.

- This Includes SAP ERP functional modules (SD, Logistics, MM, FICO, PP, QM), its integration with Cloud Applications (CRM, SRM, Vendor portals, Transportation management systems, Banking Applications, Customer experience portal/applications) Workflows across different departments.

- Be a team member of Application Systems Team for assessing business needs via business process analysis, design. Aim is to design effective technology solutions within defined timelines.

- Document processes and prepare Flow chart, Data Flow Diagram, presentations, wireframes

- Collaborate with Users and Systems team to resolve issues, arrange training, co-ordinate implementation, setting narratives for adoptions of projects.

- Give support for Management Information Reports in respect of applications data and usage.

- Work with digital application partners for the implementation of solutions.
