Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives in a fully remote environment.
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our cloud and network architectures are deployed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with global business objectives.
You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource allocation to final implementation and post-deployment optimization.
By driving high-impact projects-specifically those involving Zscaler integration and cloud migration-you will directly influence the scalability, security posture, and operational excellence of our digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity for our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Zscaler security solutions to enhance our network perimeter and protect distributed enterprise assets.
- Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency for business-critical applications.
- Facilitate transparent communication between technical leads, executive stakeholders, and external vendors to mitigate project risks and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
- Define project roadmaps, track key performance indicators, and report on progress to leadership to ensure alignment with long-term organizational growth strategies.
- Establish standardized project management frameworks and documentation processes to improve team velocity and operational consistency across remote workstreams.
Required Skillset :
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a remote setting, fostering collaboration and accountability without physical proximity.
- Strong technical proficiency in Zscaler deployment and cloud infrastructure management, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of presenting project status and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, utilizing tools to track dependencies, resource utilization, and risk mitigation strategies.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in infrastructure project management.
- High degree of self-motivation and adaptability, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, distributed work environment.
