We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT team in managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and operation of all IT systems, networks, servers, and services.

The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment.

- B Tech, B Sc, and MCA

Job Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Strategy :

- Develop and implement the organisation's IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap, and align infrastructure initiatives with overall business objectives.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Network Management :

- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organisation's network infrastructure, and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network services.

Server and System Administration :

- Manage server infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, and virtualisation platforms, and implement and maintain system configurations, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

Cloud Services :

- Evaluate, implement, and manage cloud services and solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) to meet business needs, and ensure a seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement and enforce security policies, protocols, and best practices, and monitor and address security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.

IT Operations :

- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including help desk support, system monitoring, and incident response, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges.

Budget Management :

- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, and optimise costs and resource utilization.

Vendor Management :

- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, and negotiate contracts and service level agreements.

Technology Evaluation :

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance IT infrastructure.
