Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager to lead the strategy, design, and operations of enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.

The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), ServiceNow, and cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, manage enterprise IT services, and ensure compliance with industry security standards while supporting scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Operations & Service Delivery :

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS) ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization.

- Manage on-premises and cloud-based backup, disaster recovery (DR), and enterprise storage solutions.

- Govern and administer the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Purview, and other M365 services.

- Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, including strategy, configuration, administration, and development for ITSM and process automation.

- Work closely with SOC teams for security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.

- Collaborate with NOC teams to ensure network performance, availability, and proactive monitoring.

- Ensure Help Desk teams deliver effective Tier 1 & Tier 2 support with high service quality and user satisfaction.

- Manage enterprise software deployment and endpoint management using tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.

Security & Compliance :

- Ensure all systems and managed services comply with industry security and governance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

- Partner with the CISO and security teams to implement and maintain enterprise security controls.

- Lead incident response and root cause analysis during major outages or cybersecurity incidents.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in leadership or management roles.

- Hands-on experience managing at least three of the following domains :

1. Public Cloud (Azure / AWS)

2. Microsoft 365

3. ServiceNow

4. Backup / Storage

5. SOC / NOC Operations

- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.

- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and cloud cost optimization.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications such as :

1. Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator

2. AWS / Azure Solutions Architect

3. ITIL 4 Managing Professional

4. ServiceNow CSA

5. CISSP

6. PMP

- Experience leading cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong scripting or automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform.
