- To own, manage, optimize, and continuously enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Compliance functions.

- Reporting To : CFO | COO | Director | Board.

Main Accountabilities :

ERP Ownership :

- Single point owner of BC across the organization.

- Ensure system uptime and performance.

- Control master data governance.

- Approve all customization requests.

Manufacturing & Production Control :

- BOM & Routing validation.

- Production Order process monitoring.

- MRP planning supervision.

- Standard vs Actual cost analysis.

- WIP & variance monitoring.

Finance & Compliance :

- GL structure control.

- Inventory valuation & costing accuracy.

- GST / statutory compliance oversight.

- Period-end closing coordination.

Process Improvement :

- Identify & curb inefficiencies in :

1. Production planning

2. Inventory movement

3. Procurement cycle

4. Cost accounting

- Implement automation & workflow improvements.

Vendor / Partner Management :

- Manage BC implementation partner.

- Validate customization effort & cost.

- Ensure clean development (extensions only).

- Control upgrades & patch management.

Reporting & MIS :

- Develop dashboards for :

1. Production efficiency.

2. Inventory ageing.

3. Cost variance.

4. Contribution margins.

- Work with Power BI (preferred).

Qualifications and Experience :

Required Skill Sets :

Functional :

- Strong Manufacturing ERP experience.

- Deep understanding of :

1. Costing (Standard/Actual)

2. BOM & Routing

3. MRP

4. Inventory valuation

5. Finance integration

Technical (Working Knowledge Required) :

- AL extension understanding.

- APIs & integrations.

- BC admin setup.

- SQL basics.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 12 years ERP experience.

- At least 3+ years in Business Central.

- Manufacturing industry background mandatory.

- Ability to handle 100+ users.

- Strong personality (can control departments).
