In this role, you will combine technical leadership with team management, driving execution, delivery, and engineering excellence across projects. You will collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to build scalable software solutions while fostering a strong, inclusive, and high-performing remote culture.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 distributed engineers

- Plan and prioritize engineering work to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

- Drive technical decision-making and architectural direction

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and goals

- Establish best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment

- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning

- Remove blockers and enable team productivity in a remote, async environment

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance

- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 35 years of professional experience in engineering leadership or similar roles

- Strong technical background with knowledge of modern programming languages, tools, and frameworks

- Experience managing or mentoring engineers in distributed/remote teams

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Ability to take ownership and deliver independently

- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
