Job Title : IT Business Analyst & Project Manager (3 Year's Experience)
Role Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven professional who can bridge business needs and technology delivery while managing end-to-end project execution. This role combines responsibilities of a Business Analyst and a Project Manager, requiring strong stakeholder coordination, documentation skills, and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points
- Translate business requirements into clear Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, and Process Flows
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis
- Create wireframes, mockups, or workflows where required
- Ensure requirements are well-defined, testable, and aligned with business goals
2. Project Management & Delivery
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery
- Create project plans, timelines, and track milestones
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, design)
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget constraints
- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively manage them
3. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of contact between business teams and technical teams
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across stakeholders
4. Agile / Process Execution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog
- Track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery
5. Testing & Go-Live Support
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure sign-offs
- Assist in go-live planning and post-release monitoring
Required Skills :
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Experience in requirement documentation (FRD, BRD, User Stories)
- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel
Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications :
- 3 to 7 years of experience in IT Business Analysis / Project Coordination / Project Management
- Exposure to web or mobile application projects
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or system integrations
