We are looking for a hands-on and business-oriented IT leader to drive end-to-end digital transformation for a fast-growing manufacturing organization backed by leading investors.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ERP systems, manufacturing IT infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, plant operations technology, and IT governance.

This role requires a highly execution-focused professional who can work closely with leadership teams to enable technology-driven operational excellence across plants and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive SAP B1 stabilization, optimization, and ongoing enhancement initiatives

- Lead digital transformation projects across HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Business Functions

- Build and manage business dashboards, MIS reporting systems, and process automation initiatives

- Enable OT-IT integration for real-time plant visibility, operational tracking, and production insights

- Manage IT infrastructure, network systems, cybersecurity, and IT governance frameworks

- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP systems and enterprise applications across locations

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technology gaps and implement scalable solutions

- Drive process improvement, automation, and technology adoption across manufacturing operations

- Manage vendor relationships, software implementations, and IT support functions

- Ensure data security, compliance, system reliability, and disaster recovery planning

- Support business leadership with technology-driven decision-making and operational visibility

- Travel to manufacturing plants for on-ground implementation, troubleshooting, and execution support

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Strong ERP experience with SAP B1 preferred

- Experience working in manufacturing or multi-plant environments

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives

- Hands-on exposure to OT-IT integration and manufacturing technology ecosystems

- Experience driving automation, MIS reporting, dashboards, and process digitization

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and IT compliance practices

- Ability to work closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

- Strong execution, problem-solving, and project management skills

- Comfortable with frequent plant travel and on-ground operational support
