iSupportZ - Business Analyst - Airways Domain

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our client's team with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Airways domain, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from gathering and documenting requirements to supporting the development team and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Analysis & Documentation :

- Analyze, prepare, draft, and review detailed business requirements and specifications.

- Liaise with business users and product owners to study existing processes, analyze requirements, and propose process improvements.

- Function as a Data Scrum Master to ensure data-related requirements are well-defined and executed.

Agile and Scrum Methodology :

- Actively participate in all phases of the Agile/Scrum project lifecycle.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the development team.

Development Team Support :

- Onboard the development team on new requirements, ensuring a clear and shared understanding of the functionality to be implemented, thereby preventing gaps in delivery.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Prepare comprehensive use cases and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business users.

- Support the UAT process to ensure the final product meets the specified requirements.

Qualifications :

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Domain Knowledge : Strong experience and expertise within the Airways domain.

Methodology : Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Skills :

- Exceptional analytical and process mapping skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in drafting detailed requirements, use cases, and test cases.
