- Define success criteria, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.

- Provide leadership with regular updates on milestones, risks, and financials, resolving issues as they arise.

- Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

- Creates and maintains thorough documentation throughout the implementation to include billable hours, Salesforce notes/documentation, expense management, etc.

- Manage and mitigate project risks, serving as the escalation point for customer or partner issues.

- Communicates with key stakeholders to ensure risk awareness, project progress, set expectations, and define next steps in a timely manner.

- Implement best practices, templates, and tools to support successful project outcomes.

- Track deliverables and maintain accurate project data for visibility.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase revenue.

- Lead customer meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and steering committees.

- Provides application feedback to Product team in order to enhance or resolve functionality

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of project management experience in online learning, digital products, or user engagement roles.

- Bachelor's degree (required); Certifications in Project Management or Business Admin are a plus.

- Hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp, Asana, or JIRA.

- Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate insights into action. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- A proactive approach, with a genuine interest in wellness, personal growth, or spiritual development.

- Prior experience with Inner Engineering is highly recommended.

- Solid understanding of and experience in using appropriate tools : Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools

- Strong planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Proven ability to lead software implementation projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.

- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.

- Ability to lead through influence and effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders.

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL databases is preferred.

- Strong organization and English communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and support multiple project initiatives according to deadlines.

- Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment.

- Data driven, including ability to complete analytics to inform road maps, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor while organizing resources to resolve system outages or feature failures.
