Role : Configuration & Development Lead (P3)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead - Configuration & Development to join our Digital & GPT team. The role requires deep expertise in system configuration and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will not only deliver high-quality solutions but also mentor junior developers, drive best practices and guide the team in designing scalable and efficient reporting and configuration solutions.

What You'll Do :

- Responsibility 1 : Lead a team of configuration developers by providing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and enforcing quality assurance practices to ensure high-standard deliverables.

- Responsibility 2 : Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, optimizing applications and reporting to meet business needs.

- Responsibility 3 : Ensure compliance with organizational coding, configuration, and reporting standards while driving process improvements and automation initiatives across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in configuration development, SQL reporting, and application customization within IT organizations.

- Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams in application development or configuration roles.

- Expertise on Imaging Capture Tools (Kofax, Captiva, ABBYY, OpenText Omni, IBM Datacap, Ephesoft, Hyland OnBase Capture)

- Working knowledge of SQL relational databases, VB.Net, C#

- Demonstrated experience in system configuration, customization, and integration within enterprise applications

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
