iRely - Project Manager - CTRM Domain

Join iRely as a Professional Services Project Manager at our Bangalore office. Lead complex enterprise software implementations, own customer success, and deliver worthy deployments while balancing cost, scope & time.

Hybrid Mode (Weekly 3 Days onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

- Own & manage multiple concurrent medium-to-large iRely product implementations

- Act as primary customer interface for agenda setting, expectation & risk management

- Ensure project planning, execution, budget control, template standardization, change & stakeholder alignment

- Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, negotiation & internal/external communication using the iRely implementation methodology

- Team leadership including mentoring, accountability & resource/vendor coordination

- Project closure with delivery sign-off, budget reconciliation, lessons learned, and sales opportunity identification

- Product implementation experience is mandatory

Must-Have Skills :

- 10+ yrs in software product implementation project management

- Strong leadership, customer authority, and communication skills

- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management & resource allocation

- Hands-on exposure to Agile/Waterfall & tools like Jira

- Proven problem-solving, decision-making & deadline focus

- PMP certifications

Preferred (Good-to-Have) :

- 3+ large full-scale implementations as Project Manager

- CTRM/product implementation in Agri/Soft Commodities/Energy/Metals

- Experience with commodity trading & risk management products

Education :

- BE/MBA/ME (Project Mgmt, Software/Info Systems)
