Job Overview :

iPivot is looking for an experienced Oracle PaaS / Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Technical Support professional to provide L2/L3 application support for Oracle Cloud PaaS solutions and Oracle Fusion SaaS extensions.

The role focuses on technical troubleshooting, application maintenance, defect resolution, minor enhancements, integrations, and deployment support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VBCS, Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio), JavaScript, Oracle JET, and REST APIs in an enterprise production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle VBCS applications and related Oracle Cloud PaaS solutions.

- Troubleshoot JavaScript errors, UI defects, page-rendering issues, application failures, and performance bottlenecks.

- Maintain and troubleshoot VBCS components, including Business Objects, Service Connections, Page Flows, Action Chains, and Variables.

- Support Oracle Fusion SaaS extensions and validate compatibility with Redwood-aligned user experiences and Oracle JET components.

- Investigate REST API failures, authentication issues, JSON payload errors, and connectivity problems between Oracle Cloud applications and external services.

- Develop and maintain minor enhancements and defect fixes using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET.

- Support Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, VB Studio deployments, and application migration across environments.

- Coordinate with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration teams to troubleshoot service connectivity and integration-related issues.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), manage incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring defects.

- Support Oracle quarterly updates, regression testing, and application compatibility validation.

- Maintain technical documentation, deployment records, incident reports, and support procedures.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, integration developers, and business stakeholders to restore service and deliver application improvements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio).

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET.

- Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion SaaS extensions and Oracle PaaS applications.

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion APIs, OAuth, and REST/SOAP services.

- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and external service integrations.

- Proven L2/L3 AMS or production support experience, including incident management, defect analysis, RCA, and technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience supporting Redwood UX and Oracle Fusion Cloud application extensions.

- Knowledge of application performance optimization and browser-based debugging.

- Exposure to automated deployment and environment migration practices.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles and regression testing.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
