Job Overview :

iPivot is looking for an experienced Oracle FCCS - AMS Support professional to manage application maintenance and production support for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), financial consolidation processes, troubleshooting, and L2/L3 production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 application maintenance and production support for Oracle FCCS applications.

- Troubleshoot consolidation errors, calculation failures, data-loading issues, and financial reporting discrepancies.

- Support financial consolidation processes, including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and consolidation journals.

- Manage FCCS metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and application configurations.

- Troubleshoot and maintain Calculation Manager rules, business rules, and Groovy scripts.

- Support Data Integration, Data Management, EPM Automate, and integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger (GL).

- Maintain and troubleshoot Smart View and Financial Reporting functionalities.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, problem resolution, and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.

- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to support system stability.

- Provide application support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close cycles.

- Conduct regression testing and support validation of monthly and quarterly Oracle EPM Cloud updates.

- Coordinate with finance, functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues and maintain service continuity.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) / Production Support.

- Expertise in financial consolidation, currency translation, and intercompany eliminations.

- Working knowledge of ownership management, consolidation journals, and financial close processes.

- Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, business rules, Data Integration, Data Management, and EPM Automate.

- Experience in FCCS metadata management, dimensions, hierarchies, and Smart View.

- Proven experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support environments.

- Understanding of financial statements, consolidation accounting, and financial reporting.

- Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud GL integrations and troubleshooting data-flow issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications in enterprise production environments.

- Knowledge of Groovy scripting and automation of recurring support activities.

- Experience handling Oracle EPM Cloud monthly and quarterly updates.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
