Designation : Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead / Manager - Functional

Role Overview :

iPivot is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead to manage payroll configurations, functional enhancements, and payroll process optimization within Oracle Cloud HCM.

The role requires strong expertise in payroll setup, Fast Formulas, payroll calculations, statutory compliance, and integrations to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead functional configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll.

- Configure and maintain Payroll Elements, Element Eligibility, Payroll Definitions, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Costing.

- Develop, modify, review, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, deductions, validations, and business rules.

- Configure and support payroll flows, prepayments, payslip generation, payment processing, and payroll reconciliation.

- Manage payroll calculation processes, retroactive payroll, deductions, and payroll period-close activities.

- Validate payroll results against business requirements and financial requirements.

- Configure and support statutory deductions, taxation, and country-specific payroll compliance requirements.

- Manage payroll-related data migration and interfaces using HDL/HSDL and HCM Extracts.

- Develop and support BI Publisher reports and payroll integrations.

10. Work with technical teams to resolve functional integration issues and implement enhancements.

11. Lead functional testing, defect resolution, configuration changes, and regression testing.

12. Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and ensure payroll configurations remain compliant and functional.

13. Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver functional solutions.

14. Guide functional consultants and ensure configuration documentation and best practices are followed.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll functional implementation and configuration.

- Expertise in Payroll Elements, Element Eligibility, Payroll Definitions, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Costing.

- Strong experience developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas.

- Understanding of payroll calculations, retroactive payroll, payroll flows, prepayments, and reconciliation.

- Knowledge of statutory deductions, payroll taxation, and country-specific payroll compliance.

- Practical experience with HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and payroll integrations.

- Experience in functional requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and defect resolution.

- Ability to lead functional teams and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Oracle Core HR.

- Exposure to Absence Management, Benefits, and Time and Labor.

- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases.
