iOS Subject Matter Expert

Description : We are seeking an experienced iOS SME who will act as the technical authority for our mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable architectures, implementing deep system integrations, and driving innovation across the Apple ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture design and development using modern Swift (6.0+) standards

- Implement advanced concurrency models using async/await

- Drive adoption of iOS Shortcuts and App Intents framework for system-wide integrations

- Design and implement voice-enabled experiences using SiriKit and Assistant schemas

- Optimize application performance for high-end iOS devices, including Live Activities and Dynamic Island

- Work on deep system-level integrations, including background execution and App Groups

- Ensure adherence to Apples Human Interface Guidelines and best practices

- Act as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges

- Mentor and guide senior developers, ensuring code quality and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 12 years of hands-on experience in iOS application development

- Strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI

- Proven experience in implementing App Intents and SiriKit in production environments

- Deep understanding of iOS app lifecycle, memory management, and performance optimization

- Experience with background tasks, push notifications, and system integrations

- Familiarity with Combine/Data Flow concepts is an added advantage

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Apple Intelligence integrations

- Exposure to advanced UI/UX patterns and animations

- Experience working in scalable, enterprise-level mobile applications
