About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate iOS Developer with a strong foundation in Swift and UIKit to join our engineering team. You'll work on building and enhancing a high-scale consumer application, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. This role is ideal for early-career developers who enjoy solving real-world problems, writing clean code, and building performant mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ship new features for a large-scale iOS application.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Swift code.
- Build responsive user interfaces using UIKit and Auto Layout.
- Integrate REST APIs using URLSession and handle JSON parsing.
- Manage local data storage using Core Data.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and responsiveness.
- Handle loading states, error handling, and offline functionality.
- Debug, profile, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest iOS technologies and development practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Swift and UIKit.
- Good understanding of iOS SDK.
Experience with:
- REST APIs
- URLSession
- JSON Parsing
- Core Data
- Auto Layout
- Multithreading (GCD)
- Familiarity with MVC or MVVM architecture.
- Working knowledge of Git.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 02 years of iOS development experience.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on iOS development experience (internships considered).
- Must have built at least two iOS applications (App Store experience is an advantage).
- Experience working in a B2C product environment is preferred.
- B.Tech from Tier-1 institutes such as IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, DTU, or NSUT.
- Willingness to relocate to Gurugram if currently based elsewhere.
