Job Description : Senior SAP Tech Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP Developer with 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience to design, develop, enhance, and support SAP solutions across business functions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP ABAP expertise, a solid understanding of FI/CO, MM, and SD processes, and hands-on experience with SAP integrations, interfaces, and custom extractors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP ABAP applications and custom developments.

- Analyze business requirements, interact with clients and stakeholders, finalize process flows, and translate requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

- Develop and support WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).

- Collaborate with client's functional teams across SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM to deliver integrated solutions.

- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external applications using APIs, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and web services.

- Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations to meet business objectives.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.

- Create and maintain technical design documents, functional specifications, and deployment documentation.

- Support SAP upgrades, system enhancements, and integration projects.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Technical Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Strong experience in developing and supporting WRICEF objects.

- Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP programming.

- Hands-on experience with Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, RFCs, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.

- Experience with IDoc processing, ALE, APIs, and SAP integration frameworks.

- Experience working with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
