Interaction Design Lead

Description :

- 8+ years of experience in interface and interaction design, including at least 1-2 year of experience in designing data intensive applications

- A bachelors degree or higher in product design, industrial design, or information design from a reputable university

- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating experience creating user centric design solutions

- A continuous learning attitude when it comes to design, UX, and technology and should be someone who can integrate these learnings into their work

- Robust experience contributing to enterprise-scale design systems and building scalable Figma component libraries using design best practices

- Experience working on AI-supported design projects, with the ability to translate AI-driven functionality into intuitive user experiences and interaction patterns

- The ability to collaborate across teams and roles to create, define, deliver, and support effective designs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to articulate their ideas with various stakeholders

- Candidate Must be from a startup or tier 1 product tech company.

- Candidates from Tier one companies and Tier 1 colleges only.

- Job Stability is a MUST, a minimum of 2 years in an organisation.

- Must be from IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati NID, UID.
