IntelliMatch Developer - Financial Data Reconciliation

Description :

We are looking for an experienced IntelliMatch Developer with strong expertise in financial reconciliation processes, particularly in cash and trade reconciliations within banking and capital markets environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and configuring IntelliMatch (NextGen version), building reconciliation workflows, defining match rules, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple financial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain reconciliations using IntelliMatch (NextGen version).

- Design and manage :

1. Match Rules

2. Data Mapping

3. Import Formats

4. Balance Pools

5. Companies and Reconciliation Structures

- Analyze source system data and define reconciliation and mapping logic.

- Configure and schedule reconciliation jobs and monitor batch executions.

- Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions and reconciliation breaks.

- Perform QA validation and support UAT activities.

- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to understand reconciliation

requirements.

- Ensure reconciliation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial controls.

- Troubleshoot reconciliation issues and optimize existing reconciliation processes.

- Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4- 9 years of experience in IntelliMatch/iMATCH Development.

- Strong hands-on experience in :

a. Cash Reconciliation

b. Trade Reconciliation

c. Financial Data Reconciliation Processes

- Strong understanding of :

a. Data Mapping

b. Match Rules

c. Reconciliation Lifecycle

d. Financial Data Flows

- Good experience with SQL including :

a. Queries

b. Joins

c. Data Analysis

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working closely with business and operations teams in financial environments.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with SQL Stored Procedures.

- Knowledge of Cognos or Crystal Reports.

- Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domains.

- Understanding of reconciliation controls and financial operations workflows.
