We are looking for a Product Manager/Technical Product Manager who combines strong technical muscle, practical AI understanding, and a sharp product mindset.

This is not a conventional PM role. We are looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and AI, and who is equally comfortable defining what should be built and why, while strongly influencing how it should come to life.

The ideal candidate will think like a technical architect with customer-first product judgement - someone who understands modern AI application design deeply enough to shape product decisions, challenge solutioning, and drive clarity across the AI development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product ownership with clear accountability

- Own problem definition, scope, priorities, and roadmap for one or more areas within Purple Fabric.

- Be accountable for what we build and why it matters - grounded in customer problems, platform strategy, and measurable business outcomes.

- Drive product decisions with strong first-principles thinking rather than only stakeholder requests or feature parity.

- Balance immediate customer asks with long-term platform integrity, extensibility, and reuse.

- Define success metrics and ensure shipped capabilities deliver the intended value.

Techno-Functional Expertise :

- Work closely with engineering, architects, AI/ML teams, and design to shape product capabilities end-to-end.

- Bring enough technical and AI depth to actively influence design decisions rather than only documenting requirements.

- Translate customer and product requirements into product definitions that are executable by engineering and AI teams.

AI lifecycle product thinking:

- Think across the full AI lifecycle: problem framing, data readiness, experimentation, evaluation, rollout, monitoring, and iteration.

- Ensure capabilities are designed for real-world production use not just pilots or demos.

Customer-first discovery :

- Stay close to customers, users, and internal teams to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.

- Bring a strong customer-first view to product design, especially in complex enterprise workflows.

- Convert ambiguous customer pain points into scalable product opportunities.

- Distinguish between one-off custom asks and productizable platform capabilities.

Platform and UX thinking :

- Think in terms of product primitives, reusable components, and platform leverage, not isolated features.

- Partner with design to simplify highly technical capabilities into intuitive user journeys.

- Ensure the platform remains powerful for technical users while becoming increasingly usable for business users and SMEs.

- Continuously identify and remove friction in core journeys.

Required Qualifications :

- 7-12 years of experience across product management, solution architecture, engineering-led product roles, technical consulting, or adjacent roles with strong product ownership.

- Strong technical grounding in software systems, APIs, data flows, and platform thinking.

- Practical understanding of AI application design, with hands-on familiarity

- Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering and AI teams and influence design/implementation decisions.

- Experience working in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
