Description :

SG IT is looking for an accomplished Integration Lead to own and drive enterprise-scale integration architecture and delivery for a high-impact onsite role in Auckland. This is a senior leadership opportunity to design, stabilize, and govern complex integrations across modern and legacy platforms.

What Youll Do :

- Lead end-to-end integration architecture & delivery using Confluent/Apache Kafka, Azure Integration Services, Azure APIM, WSO2, GoAnywhere MFT, and BizTalk

- Design and build event-driven, API-led, and file-based integrations aligned to enterprise frameworks

- Drive stabilization initiatives by reducing repetitive failures, improving observability, and lowering MTTR

- Define data contracts, mappings, transformations, error handling, and DLQ strategies

- Ensure API security, versioning, and governance (OAuth/JWT, contract-first design)

- Manage service operations : incidents, RCA, CAB changes, SOPs/KEDB, and vendor escalations

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and offshore delivery teams

What Were Looking For :

- Deep hands-on expertise with Kafka, Azure APIM, WSO2, GoAnywhere, BizTalk

- Strong engineering background with Java / Spring Boot microservices

- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket), Kubernetes, RBAC, secrets management

- Proven leadership in complex, multi-platform, hybrid enterprise environments

- Excellent stakeholder management and design-first delivery mindset

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Snyk, Bitbucket Pipelines, Backstage

- Experience with SLA/KPI reporting, governance cadence, and continuous improvement dashboards
