We are building a lean, high-ownership engineering team where your work directly impacts customer experience, product availability, and operational efficiency across India's fastest-growing commerce channels.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an Integration Engineer with strong experience in workflow orchestration and ERP data automation. You will architect and maintain mission-critical data pipelines that connect our ERP, marketplace APIs, and internal systems - ensuring data flows reliably, on time, and at scale. This is a high-ownership role that requires both technical depth and a product-minded approach to automation.

What You Will Do :

- Architect and maintain Apache Airflow / Prefect workflows for critical data processes including daily ERP ingestion, inventory sync, and catalogue updates.

- Design and implement event-driven pipelines for recommendation updates, order processing, and catalogue feed automation across e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

- Own end-to-end integrations between our ERP (SAP / Unicommerce / similar), marketplace APIs (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto), and internal data systems.

- Proactively identify and eliminate manual interventions in data workflows while consistently meeting strict SLAs for data freshness and availability.

- Monitor, alert, and resolve pipeline failures with on-call accountability - you own it end-to-end.

- Collaborate with data, product, and business teams to translate operational requirements into robust, scalable pipeline solutions.

- Document pipeline architecture, data flows, and runbooks for operational reliability.

What We Are Looking For :

- B-Tech/M-Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College

- 3-7 years of experience in data engineering, integration engineering, or backend engineering roles.

- Hands-on production experience with Apache Airflow or Prefect for workflow orchestration - not just POC or academic use.

- Strong Python skills for building ETL/ELT pipelines, API integrations, and data transformation logic.

- Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Unicommerce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) via API or file-based ingestion.

- Familiarity with event-driven architectures - Kafka, AWS SQS, webhooks, or equivalent.

- Comfort with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch).

- Strong sense of SLA ownership - you track pipeline health, not just pipeline execution.

- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or quick commerce environments is a strong plus.
